Exchanges and returns policy

Royal Smells offers simple returns or exchanges for all products without exception. We accept requests when the product is intact, undamaged and in its original condition with its accessories, so it can be inspected and returned safely. We avoid complicated conditions and aim for a fair, prompt solution that satisfies the customer.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +964 770 861 4440. Provide your order number or the phone number used for the purchase, and identify the product you wish to return or exchange. The Royal Smells team will coordinate the appropriate steps with you directly and clearly.

Returning the product safely

Keep the product and its accessories in good condition. Use the original packaging if available, or suitable packaging that protects the product during transport. For scent diffusers, remove the fragrance bottle and seal it tightly before shipping to prevent leaks.

After receiving the product and checking its condition, we process the return or exchange simply, according to the customer's choice and the availability of a replacement. This policy covers scent diffusers, diffuser fragrances, fragrance oils, personal perfumes, home sprays and all Royal Smells products.

This policy is designed to serve the customer and does not reduce any rights provided under applicable Iraqi laws.
